Welcome to JaiSri TV. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JaiSri TV website, platform, services, content and related features (collectively, the “Service”).

By registering for an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing or using JaiSri TV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About JaiSri TV

JaiSri TV is a digital entertainment platform operated by JaiSri TV Media Enterprise, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

JaiSri TV may provide access to live television channels, movies, web series and other entertainment content through its platform and through third-party content sources.

The availability and nature of content may change from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Account

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your registered mobile number, password and other account credentials.

Your account is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, sold, rented or provided to another person.

You must immediately notify the relevant service/support provider if you believe that your account credentials have been compromised or used without authorization.

JaiSri TV may take appropriate action where an account is found to be misused or shared in violation of these Terms.

3. One Account — One Device

Each JaiSri TV account is intended for use on one device only.

Multiple-device use, simultaneous access from multiple devices, account sharing and credential sharing are not permitted.

You must not provide your account credentials to another person for the purpose of allowing that person to access the Service.

JaiSri TV may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be violating the one-account/one-device requirement.

4. Subscription Plans

JaiSri TV may offer subscription plans for different durations or with different features.

Subscription plans, pricing, features, validity periods and other commercial terms may be changed, introduced, replaced or discontinued by JaiSri TV at any time without prior notice.

However, changes to subscription plans will not affect an already active subscription during its existing validity period.

An existing subscription will continue according to the terms applicable to that subscription until its stated expiry date, unless the account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, payment abuse, unlawful activity or another permitted reason.

5. Subscription Activation

A subscription becomes active after the applicable payment and activation process has been successfully completed.

If payment has been successfully completed but the subscription has not been activated, the user must contact the relevant payment/service provider with the applicable transaction details for assistance.

Users should retain their payment confirmation, transaction ID, receipt or other relevant payment information.

6. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments made for JaiSri TV are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been completed, no refund, return, cancellation refund, reversal or compensation will be provided due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Non-use of the Service
  • Failure to use the subscription
  • Unused subscription time
  • Device-related problems
  • Internet or network problems
  • Content availability changes
  • User’s inability or decision not to use the Service
  • Account sharing or account-related restrictions
  • Any other reason, except where a refund is legally required under applicable law.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

7. Content Availability

JaiSri TV may add, remove, replace, modify, reorganize or discontinue channels, movies, web series or other content at any time.

Content availability may depend on the respective content provider, source, licensing arrangements, technical availability, geographical availability, network conditions and other factors.

JaiSri TV does not guarantee that:

  • Every channel will always be available.
  • A particular movie or series will remain available permanently.
  • A particular channel or program will always have the same schedule.
  • A particular piece of content will always be playable.
  • Content will always be available on every device or network.
  • Content will always be available without interruption.

Movies, web series and other content may be added, removed or changed without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Content and Services

JaiSri TV may provide links, embeds, players or access to content hosted or delivered through third-party platforms or providers, including platforms such as YouTube, Facebook or other external services.

Third-party content and services are controlled by their respective providers.

JaiSri TV does not control and cannot guarantee the:

  • Availability of third-party content
  • Continuity of third-party services
  • Playback of third-party content
  • Advertisements displayed by third-party platforms
  • Policies or terms of third-party platforms
  • Changes made by third-party providers
  • Removal or restriction of third-party content
  • Performance or technical operation of third-party services

Users may therefore be subject to the terms, policies and conditions of the relevant third-party provider when accessing third-party content.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use JaiSri TV only for lawful and permitted purposes.

You must not:

  1. Share, sell, rent, transfer or resell your JaiSri TV account.
  2. Share account credentials with another person.
  3. Redistribute, retransmit or commercially exploit JaiSri TV streams without authorization.
  4. Record, rebroadcast, reproduce or publicly distribute JaiSri TV content without authorization.
  5. Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions or access controls.
  6. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts or systems.
  7. Hack, interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  8. Introduce malicious code, malware or harmful software.
  9. Use automated systems, bots or scripts to abuse or interfere with the Service.
  10. Attempt to circumvent technical restrictions implemented by JaiSri TV.
  11. Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  12. Engage in fraudulent payment or subscription activity.
  13. Misrepresent your identity or provide intentionally false account information.

Violation of these requirements may result in suspension or termination of access.

10. Service Availability

JaiSri TV attempts to provide a reliable entertainment service but does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The Service may be temporarily unavailable or restricted because of:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency maintenance
  • Technical problems
  • Server problems
  • Hosting problems
  • Internet or network failures
  • Security issues
  • Software or hardware failures
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Content-provider restrictions
  • Circumstances beyond JaiSri TV’s reasonable control
  • Other operational or technical reasons

JaiSri TV may temporarily suspend or restrict the Service when reasonably necessary to maintain, protect or improve the platform.

11. Internet Connection and Device Responsibility

Users are responsible for having a compatible device, suitable internet connection and any required software or equipment necessary to access the Service.

JaiSri TV is not responsible for problems caused by:

  • Slow or unstable internet connections
  • Mobile data limitations
  • ISP restrictions
  • Device failures
  • Device incompatibility
  • Operating system problems
  • User configuration
  • Local network problems
  • Insufficient bandwidth
  • Third-party applications or services

Streaming quality may vary depending on the user’s device, internet connection, network conditions and content source.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

JaiSri TV may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Payment abuse
  • Account sharing
  • Account resale
  • Unauthorized redistribution
  • Illegal use
  • Attempts to bypass access controls
  • Hacking or security violations
  • Abuse of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Conduct that may harm JaiSri TV, its users, systems or service providers

Where an account is suspended or terminated because of a user’s violation of these Terms, the user may lose access to the Service and any remaining subscription period, subject to applicable law.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

JaiSri TV does not guarantee that the Service will:

  • Always be available;
  • Always operate without interruption;
  • Always operate without errors;
  • Always provide a particular channel or program;
  • Always provide a particular movie or web series;
  • Always provide a particular playback quality;
  • Be compatible with every device;
  • Be compatible with every internet connection or network;
  • Remain unchanged over time.

Content, channels, schedules, playback availability and technical functionality may change.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

Your use of JaiSri TV is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JaiSri TV Media Enterprise and its associated service providers will not be responsible for losses, damages, interruptions, inconvenience or claims arising from or related to:

  • Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service;
  • Channel or content removal;
  • Changes in content availability;
  • Third-party content or services;
  • Internet or network problems;
  • Device or software problems;
  • Unauthorized use of an account caused by the user’s failure to protect their credentials;
  • Service interruptions;
  • Technical failures;
  • Third-party platform changes;
  • User misuse of the Service;
  • Loss of data or information;
  • Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Third-Party Platforms

JaiSri TV may integrate with or provide access to third-party platforms.

Your use of those third-party platforms may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies and other rules.

JaiSri TV is not responsible for changes, interruptions, advertisements, account restrictions, content removal or other actions taken by third-party platforms.

16. Intellectual Property

The JaiSri TV name, branding, logos, website design, interface elements and original materials provided by JaiSri TV may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit JaiSri TV’s proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

Third-party content remains subject to the rights and ownership of its respective copyright holders, content providers or licensors.

17. Changes to the Service

JaiSri TV may modify, improve, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

This may include changes to:

  • Website features
  • User interface
  • Channels
  • Movies
  • Web series
  • Subscription plans
  • Technical systems
  • Playback systems
  • Service functionality

Such changes may be made without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

18. Changes to These Terms

JaiSri TV may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version may be published on the JaiSri TV website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Users are responsible for reviewing the current Terms before continuing to use the Service.

Continued use of JaiSri TV after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Privacy

Your use of JaiSri TV may involve the collection and processing of information necessary to provide accounts, subscriptions, support and other Service functions.

The handling of personal information is subject to the applicable JaiSri TV Privacy Policy and applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to applicable law.

Any dispute arising in connection with the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the Kodala area, Odisha, India, to the extent legally permissible.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law.

The remaining provisions shall continue to remain in effect.

23. Acceptance

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using JaiSri TV, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the JaiSri TV Service.
